Contract Length: 12 months
Location: Graz, Austria

Responsibilities:
* Taking care of local IT equipment of the employees (Desktop Setup, Notebooks, Phones) + Account maintenance.
* Server maintenance (ESXi Hosts, VMs, Docker Hosts + a lot of containerized applications deployed).
* Firewall, VPN, Internet uplink.
* Landline Phone maintenance.
* Wifi-Setup in the Office.
* Local wired network setup & maintenance.
* Local Backup/Disaster Recovery.
* Robotics Lab IT maintenance (Wifi, private 5G, LAN, Robots IT hardware).
* Supporting the transition of local office IT into client corporate IT.

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
* Script automation with at least one of these technologies: Powershell, Bash or Python - 5+ years of experience.
* Strong knowledge with macOS and Linux operating systems - 5+ years of experience.
* Experience in setting up local area networks (WiFi, LAN) - 5+ years of experience.

DESIRED SKILLS:
* Familiar with Cloud services such as Azure (AAD) and/or AWS.
* Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve problems using systematic troubleshooting, web KB earches and consultation with other members of the IT team.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Engineering or similar technical degree and four (4) years of experience in providing technical support to end-users for computer hardware, software, and/or network related problems.
