S/4 Change Lead - Denmark - 9 months +

We are looking for a highly skilled S/4 Change Lead to join our team on a hybrid contract basis for a period of 9 months, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities and requirements:

  • Lead the planning and execution of change management workstream, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality engagement.
  • Manage a team of change managers to guide them in the implementation of change initiatives, which include stakeholder engagement, leadership training, end-user training, and tracking progress and adoption Steer the development of our future SAP S/4HANA operating model and Learning CoE.
  • Utilize your comprehensive experience in global ERP deployments, ideally SAP S/4HANA, to offer insights into organizational optimization and potential impacts using best practices.
  • Promote collaboration and activity coordination among global process owners, technical teams, and business representatives.
  • Proven ability to lead and execute global transformations.
