For one of Empiric's leading customers in the US Market, we are actively searching for some of the best ServiceNow Business Process Consultants within the European Market on a long term, fully remote freelance basis.

The customer is responsible for large integration projects within the ServiceNow platform and the Order Management for Telecommunications module.

In the role of Business Process Consultant, you will assist in delivering heavily on the functional side of delivery of these projects, from assisting in defining the product catalog, prioritising stories, training the key users & presenting various processes and solutions that are applicable to the clients for the OMT application.

This is a Fully Remote role, however the chosen candidate must be happy to work to US working hours (GMT-4).

The perfect candidate looks like:

• Strong ServiceNow background & Order Management Telecommunications module
• Worked on several projects for Telco customers
• Strong background in functional project delivery.
• ServiceNow CSM experience

12 Month initial contract, for a 3 year overall program.
