Your new role
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock counts, coordinating shipments and deliveries, supervising a team of warehouse staff, implementing safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in warehouse management or a related field with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team. You should be proficient in inventory management software and have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
