Requirement for an Operations Manager in County Donegal

Your new company
Your new company are a successful manufacturer that has been in business for over 100 years within the engineering industry. Having recently acquired 2 new businesses to join their wider group, the company are rapidly expanding and keen to have a skilled Operations Manager to join their team.
Your new role
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operational functions of planning, directing and coordinating, as well as maintaining and upgrading plant and machinery. In addition, you will be responsible for working with senior management to maintain and enhance Health and Safety, Training and Inventory control and Facility Management.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate should be educated to a third level standard, ideally in engineering and/or operational management. You should have industry relevant production experience, with knowledge and experience in organisational effectiveness and operations management. You should have knowledge of business, HR, and project management principles and practices.
